Who is Dr. Jordan

First of all, Dr. Jordan is just a person like all of you and therefore likes to be called Keith, or Dr. Keith if you really would like to be formal. Dr. Keith is a husband, a father, a son, a brother, and a friend.
He is a person who feels is his gift and calling to help people heal themselves from perceived symptoms of disease whether they are spiritual, emotional, biochemical, nutritional, or physical in nature. He has a great love of God and respect for all paths that lead to htis divine source of love. He believes everything in life has a purpose, every event is divinely planned whether we can perceive it or not, and that every person has a special purpose that they are working towards fulfilling. He believes that all healing starts from within, and that this process of healing is an ongoing process continually happening whether we are working on it or not. He truly believes that love heals all, and that the true purpose of all people is to love themselves and others without expectation of outcome or reciprocation.

Dr. Keith is a native of Cleveland, with a doctoral degree from the National College of Chiropractic in Chicago. He worked in several multi-disciplinary practices along side medical doctors and gained an appreciation for both the strong points and shortcomings of traditional medicine. In 1996 he founded Optimal Health Chiropractic Clinic, a true comprehensive, holistic care clinic. Five years ago he was awakened from a dream/vision with tears in his eyes of the next clinic, a center for healing now known as Optimal Wellness Center. He shares this story with you so that you realize we are all part of this dream, and this dream could not, and would not have been possible without us all being the part of god we needed to be. He thanks you eternally for all your past, present, and future support of OUR dream.

Have you ever walked into a health food store or vitamin aisle at the supermarket and been totally overwhelmed with the number of vitamins, herbs and supplements available?

It seems as if there is a vitamin, herb, or supplement for every ailment known to man. But how do you know which one to take for your ailment, and how much, and when? These are very valid questions. After all, you don't start taking supplements simply because you've heard it's effective and "it can't hurt to take it."

Often times taking more is not better than less. But how do you know? Contact Reflex Analysis, or CRA, helps to answer all the above questions and so many more.

Treating The Cause,  Not The Symptom

As holistic care providers, we at Optimal Wellness Center are constantly trying to determine the cause of illness, not treat the symptoms or signals the body gives off as a result of illness. By doing this, we not only relieve symptoms but also establish wellness.

We consider CRA the "Total Body Modification (TBM) for nutrition" because it takes into account the many layers an illness can take on over time, and also reveals the underlying cause and nutritional deficiency associated with it. This allows us to identify the deficiency the body feels is the top priority and treat it through appropriate nutrition. Typically a patient has more than one problem that needs to be fixed. But by treating what the body feels is the priority usually relieves many symptoms which were merely a secondary result of the primary problem

For example, if the body feels the major problem is a liver that is congested or not functioning at its optimal level and you take supplements for sinus congestion, fatigue, or sleep trouble, the true cause may be food allergies due to liver problems. By taking herbs for any of the above symptoms, you are never going to rid yourself of the problem permanently, because you are treating symptoms caused by the real problem-which is with your liver.

How It Works

CRA works much the same way as TBM (see the TBM newsletter and/or your Optimal Wellness Center professional for further information). CRA uses applied kinesiology, or muscle testing, to determine the cause of illness by asking the body questions at certain reflex points, or fuses on the body.
