Chiropractic Manipulation

Chiropractic Manipulation

Chiropractic theory states that proper alignment of the musculoskeletal system allows the nervous system to function properly, leading to optimum health. Chiropractic adjustments are used both to address symptoms and also for preventive care.

Spinal subluxations (misalignments) and other misalignments of the bony structure are gently and skillfully adjusted by the use of the hands or gentle instruments, and encouraged to once again seek their own place in the body.

Chiropractic sees the body as a whole and trusts the body's own innate intelligence to take these gentle hints from a highly trained physician and to heal itself. The patient feels the gentle manipulations and generally feels more relaxed and aligned after an adjustment.
