Lymphatic Drainage is a very subtle method of touch that works with lymphatic structures located throughout the whole body. It is an intervention that is effective in working with clearing poisons, toxins, relieving autoimmune blocks and pain syndromes.

The technique of gentle massage enhances and stimulates the lymphatic system to more rapidly remove the fluid from around the cells and in the tissues, back into the lymphatic system for removal and ultimate cleansing.

The revived lymph system cleanses the body of accumulated toxins and pollutants, thereby boosting the immune response and generally rejuvenating body tissues. Lymph drainage can also help balance the autonomic nervous system, reduce stress and increase the body\'s ability to relax.
