The client reclines on a massage table while the licensed acupuncturist inspects the tongue and gently palpates the radial pulses at each wrist to determine which body points to needle and/or to use micro-stimulation.
The use of solid, hair-thin needles or pressure on a variety of superficial body points along these meridians is employed to remove obstructions to the free-flow of Chi.
Acupuncture can also be useful in improving memory, concentration and focus.
